Have you heard about Betoaji?
Betoaji is a non-profit and charity organization estabished by Vietnamese students in Japan with the purpose of introducing Vietnamese culture to Japanese and international friends and supporting poor children back in Vietnam. We organize various events to present Vietnamese cuisine and culture in cities across Japan.
We are pleased to inform you that the third class will be held in December 11, in Osaka, with the menu of Hue beef noodle (Bún bò Huế) and delicious dessert "sweet potatoes and bean's che(Chè khoai đỗ). Taking part in this meaningful event, you will have a great opportunity to practically experience how to cook famous Vietnamese cuisines, enjoy the food you have made and exchange culture with international friends. Money collected from the cooking class, after deducting all basic expenses, will be used wholly to support poor children living in remote mountainous areas in Vietnam. If you are interested in cultural and culinary exchanges as well as voluntary activities, please come and join us!
We looking forward to welcoming you!
