At the 20th Vietnamese cooking class, BETOAJI Kyoto will be introducing a typical family meal in Vietnam. Participants and Betoaji volunteers will be making CANH CHUA CA - Vietnamese sour fish soup and SINH TO BO - Avocado Smoothie together. We'll also be preparing Vietnamese braised pork belly and boiled vegetables for you to experience a complete Vietnamese family meal.
