At the 20th Vietnamese cooking class, BETOAJI Kyoto will be introducing a typical family meal in Vietnam. Participants and Betoaji volunteers will be making CANH CHUA CA - Vietnamese sour fish soup and SINH TO BO - Avocado Smoothie together. We'll also be preparing Vietnamese braised pork belly and boiled vegetables for you to experience a complete Vietnamese family meal. There's a lot more in store, come enjoy delicious food and make new friends with us!

Proceeds from the cooking class will be used wholly to support poor children living in remote mountainous areas in Vietnam. If you're interested in cross-cultural and voluntary activities, please come join us!
We are looking forward to seeing you there!
