At the 20th Vietnamese cooking class, BETOAJI Kyoto will be introducing a typical family meal in Vietnam. Participants and Betoaji volunteers will be making CANH CHUA CA - Vietnamese sour fish soup and SINH TO BO - Avocado Smoothie together. We'll also be preparing Vietnamese braised pork belly and boiled vegetables for you to experience a complete Vietnamese family meal. There's a lot more in store, come enjoy delicious food and make new friends with us!

Betoaji Kobe Osaka will be holding our fifth class on February 4, 2017!
Unlike our Vietnamese cooking classes, at the Tet party, you can enjoy special food, music, game, quiz and try Vietnamese traditional Ao Dai.

Money collected from the cooking class, after deducting all basic expenses, will be used wholly to support poor children living in remote mountainous areas in Vietnam. If you are interested in cultural and culinary exchanges as well as voluntary activities, please come and join us!

   Welcome to Betoaji Okayama! 

 Have you ever known about Betoaji?

 Betoaji is a non-profit and charity organization established by a group of Vietnamese students working and studying in Japan. Our group is carrying out activities in purpose of spreading culture of Vietnam to international friends especially Japanese people with the slogan “live to share, live to love”. All of the profits achieved from our activities are donated to the fund supporting poor children in mountainous region of Vietnam. Among these activities, cooking class is one of interesting experiences receiving most interest from participants. 

 Interestingly, from November, 2016 Betoaji Okayama is established as an official branch of general Betoaji Organization. In order to introduce more delicious dishes as well as Vietnamese traditional foods to international friends, we are glad to hold our first cooking class in Okayama city on Saturday, Dec 10th, 2016. In this class, we are going to help you make two popular dishes of Vietnam called Pho Bo (Beef Pho) and Sinh to bo (Avocado Smoothie). As listed in the World's 40 best foods, Pho is a traditional featured dish of Vietnamese cuisine and it is also well-known all over the world so long ago. In this early time of coming winter, what could be better than enjoying a hot bowl of Vietnamese Pho with tasty flavor made by good smell of herbal vegetables, moreish taste of consommé and special flavor of noodle threads. It sounds very tasty, doesn’t it? In addition, avocado smoothie is also a very delicious dessert that is not only fragrant but also nourishing and of course, it is very popular in Vietnamese meal, too. Don’t miss the chance to join our cooking class on Saturday, Dec 10th, 2016 to make Pho Bo, Avocado smoothie and to experience an enjoyable cooking time together.

Tokyo Cooking Class 3rd

Tri ân bạn bè, với lớp ẩm thực 24/3!
Đến hẹn lại lên, lớp học ẩm thực của BETOAJI đã tiếp tục gửi đến các bạn Nhật và Việt món bánh xèo và chè trôi nước ngày 24/3. Các bạn Nhật lại một lần nữa hứng khởi với việc tự làm và thưởng thức món ăn Việt do chính mình làm ra. BETOAJI với tiêu chí chia sẻ hết mình thông qua "cuộc thi bánh xèo hấp dẫn nhất, màn hỏi đáp ẩm thực, góc cà phê, gỏi cuốn và đồng phục áo dài của TNV Betoaji" đã khiến các bạn Nhật cảm thấy rất hài lòng khi tham gia nhóm. Có những bạn Nhật tham gia về là viết mail phát biểu cảm xúc ngay, đại loại là " bạn ấy rất thích Betoaji bởi sự thân thiện, nhiệt tình và đã giúp bạn ý tự làm được bánh xèo. Bạn ý cũng bảo đã được ăn bánh xèo nhiều nơi rồi nhưng chưa bao giờ thấy bánh xèo nào ngon thế!". Không nhiều, nhưng BETOAJI hi vọng cứ mỗi lần sẻ chia là một lần mình nhận được cái nhìn thiện cảm từ bạn bè Nhật với người Việt mình như vậy là rất mãn nguyện rồi!
